Where were you in your entrepreneurial journey before Lift Off? Well-established first biz–career coaching. 18 months into second biz, creating career development programs for university alumni associations.
What are you up to now? Reviving my career coaching biz after neglecting for several years. Pivoting my second biz, with new biz strategy, target audience and biz model. In start-up mode again, but hopefully doing it smarter this time!
In 2012, I’m creating a series of “experiments”, with product offerings to test assumptions and find the right growth strategy. If all goes well, in 2013, I’ll have a robust career management tool, for the B2C market, that is the cornerstone for a sustainable business.
What was your favorite thing about Lift Off? The people. Seeing their different strengths and expanding my view of what’s possible.
