Attended: Lift Off 2 (August 2010)

Where were you in your entrepreneurial journey before Lift Off? My name is Pamela Quinn. I’m the founder of Elemental OM and the creator of the Elemental Cleanse. I am also a certifed Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Practioner through the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. My yoga studios and my cleansing program have helped hundreds of people over the years transform in magical ways. I’ve been blessed to watch my yogis and participants start anew, live more fully, achieve success and make a difference in the word.

My biggest frustration in helping people is that people genuinely do not have time to take care of themselves. I run two yoga studios with 15 instructors, am a single mom with 2 kids, 2 dogs and a cat. I understand the need to meet the demands of the world and the challenge of finding time for transformation.

My solution to this time management issue was to bring the Elemental Cleanse to your home through the construction of a world class website featuring interactive community forums, professional videos, recipes, scheduling systems.

Of course, I didn’t even know where to begin until I met Pam and Charlie!

What are you up to now? I’ve opened a second yoga studio closer to Cincinnati to spread my teachings even further. The subdomain for the Elemental Cleanse is well underway. It’s more gorgeous than I ever imagined. We are expected to do a soft launch by June of this year. I am deeply studying online marketing and perfecting my Facebook, Twitter and iContact skills. I’m writing really good stuff that includes FREE ebook giveaways to collect email subscriptions. I’m deep into the development of my product line.

Pam and Charlie have empowered me to really put myself out there. I have purchased my IFLIP and they are going to be so proud of me when the subdomain launches. My blogging skills continue to improve as I feel more and more confident to reveal my heart to the masses. If you met me, you’d be shocked to learn that I’m a bit shy. I also hate talking about myself, but Pam, Charlie and the whole group made me feel like a rock star! I swear I can do anything I put my mind to.

What was your favorite thing about Lift Off? The best thing about Lift Off was the group. I swear it was just like a yoga retreat only we were doing yoga off the mat. It was special. I believe we were all brought together for a reason and that each individual there added significantly to the sharing of information and the education. I don’t know how Pam and Charlie are able to attract just the right folks, but it is a magical skill given by the Universe.

These people had such amazing and powerful energy! I was and am still buzzing from it a year later. All I have to do is see their profile picture on twitter now and I get right back to work.

Mostly, I know that I have a bunch of cheerleaders out there who want me to succeed and will do anything for me to help me achieve that end. I am very very grateful for that.
